- A cup of zucchini cut into cubes.

- A teaspoon of cumin.
- A teaspoon of the ground and dry coriander.
- Teaspoon ground black pepper.

Directions

1. Put the pot on the heat and put a little vegetable oil, and let it heat, then add the onion and garlic, and stir the ingredients over medium heat until the onions fade, then put the chicken pieces over the bass, cover the pot and leave the chicken until cooked with stirring from time to time.
2. We put the chicken in a tray and fried it in the oven.
3. Half the rice from the water and put it in the same amount and put on it the appropriate amount of water, different spices, and salt, cover the pot and leave the rice on high heat then reduce it after it boils, and leave it until the water dries and the rice is soft.
4. We put vegetable oil in a deep saucepan, heat it and transfer the vegetables until they are well fried and done, then half of them are oil.
5. Add the fried vegetables to the ripe rice and stir well with it.
6. Put the rice with vegetables in a serving platter and put the fried chicken pieces on top of the rice and serve it with salad.
