1. Nutella with milk

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of Nescafe.
  • 2 caramel cream envelopes.
  • 2 tablespoons of vanilla.
  • A cup of crushed sugar.
  • 10 tablespoons of Nido Milk or any dry milk.
  • 4 tablespoons of cocoa powder.
  • 2 tablespoons of oil.
  • 2 cans of cream.

Direction

All ingredients are mixed well in the electric mixer until smooth and kept in a glass jar in the refrigerator until use.

2. Nutella recipe with roasted hazelnuts

 Ingredients

  • A teaspoon of vanilla
  • Half a cup of cocoa powder
  • Pinch a small salt
  • 2 tablespoons of hazelnut oil
  • A cup of fine white sugar
  • 2 cups of roasted hazelnuts

Directions

1. Kobe hazelnuts are roasted in the oven at 375 degrees for fifteen minutes, stirring from time to time until roasted on all sides.

2. After finishing the roasting of the hazelnut, it is left to cool a little and then peel it well, then grind it until it softens with attention to the absence of any of the crusts with it.

3. Add all the ingredients mentioned previously to the mixer, add the ground hazelnuts to it and mix it well until the mixture is homogeneous together, and the chocolate is kept in the refrigerator and used until needed.

You should not eat too much chocolate in an excessive amount of eating. It makes a person addicted to it because of the presence of caffeine in it, as it causes obesity because it contains a large amount of fat. Or, you may develop diabetes because it contains a high content of sugar, so low-sugar chocolate can be eaten. 

Too much chocolate leads to tooth decay, and eating at night increases pathological disorders and nightmares. They should not be eaten before bed, and care must be taken to moderate amounts and keep teeth clean by cleaning them after eating chocolate, especially in children.
